Obama The Best!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, not quite, but if historians rank him at 15th-best after less than two years on the job, who knows what heights The One will reach after a full term or two? Hot Air has the scoop on a Sienna College Research Institute Poll of 238 presidential historians

In office for barely two years, Obama entered the survey in the 15th position – two spots behind Bill Clinton and three spots ahead of Ronald Reagan.

Obama got high marks for intelligence, ability to communicate and imagination, but his score was dragged down by his relative lack of experience and family background.

“Most of the presidents came from elite backgrounds, and he certainly did not,” said professor Douglas Lonnstrom, who crunched the numbers. “He grew up without a father.”

Fifteenth greatest president of all time? I must not have been paying attention when Obama got the economy back on track, took charge the Gulf oil spill, showed America’s enemies that we mean business, cleaned up the Justice Department, and nominated judges who understand their basic duties. Then again, they are the experts…

George W. Bush, of course, scored an abysmal 39 out of 43, for “saddling Obama with two bloody wars and a recession, and he got low marks for ‘ability to compromise, foreign policy accomplishments and intelligence.’” Left unmentioned is the fact that Bush “saddled” Obama with that economy thanks in part to Obama-esque policies. And while Bush’s overall record will probably keep him from the top of the pack, one wonders if any of the 238 even bothered to consider the fact that he freed 50 million people from tyranny in their determination.
